Job summary

Galco in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Client Service Representative to support customers with product information, order processing and issue resolution, building strong relationships with an established base.

You will handle incoming calls, maintain records in CRM (P21 a plus), practice active listening, multi-task, and follow up on past due orders to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or as a Client Service Representative.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM; P21 is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Requirements and skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as are strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
