Job description

Job Description: Inside Sales Representative – OES Equipment (DPR Family of Companies), Fremont, CA. This role serves as a key customer contact and resource for our clients, providing excellent customer service and acting as a subject‑matter expert for product lines and services.

Responsibilities

• Build key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
• Receive, place, and fill customer orders.
• Provide and recommend solutions to the customer.
• Place and receive purchase orders.
• Quote and process invoices.
• Perform data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales and customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and a "can‑do" attitude.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

Education & Experience

• 1‑2+ years of sales experience required.
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus.
• Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.

Compensation

Anticipated starting pay range: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour.
