Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment unit in the greater Boston area seeks an Inside Sales Representative to be a primary contact for customers and a resource for client solutions. The role emphasizes relationship building, order handling, and proactive problem solving.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in sales, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills. Knowledge of RentalMan and Coupa is a plus for this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience.
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus.

Job Description: OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and resource for our clients in the greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
• Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders.
• Providing and recommending solutions to the customer.
• Placing and receiving purchase orders.
• Quoting and invoice processing.
• Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.

Qualifications
