Job summary

Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing in Phoenix seeks an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm leads and follow up on estimates. You’ll identify needs, present solutions, and close opportunities that benefit both the customer and the business, with strong support from leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers with unsold estimates to close business

• Educate customers on Day & Night’s services and value proposition
• Build rapport and trust to drive long-term customer relationships
• Accurately document all interactions in our state-of-the-art CRM
• Partner with field technicians and department managers to maximize conversion rates and appointment strategies
