Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with unsold estimates to close business.
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and present tailored solutions.
• Educate customers on Day & Night’s services and value proposition.
• Build rapport and trust to drive long‑term customer relationships.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM.
• Partner with field technicians and managers to maximize conversion rates.
