Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center. You will develop new sales opportunities, communicate with customers to understand their needs, and respond to inquiries via calls and emails, while maintaining and expanding the prospect database.

The role requires strong selling and communication skills, with basic MS Excel/Word usage, and a Monday–Friday schedule (8–5 or 9–6) with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Answering customers' questions, resolving concerns, and providing information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Providing excellent customer service while handling high call volumes.
• Demonstrating basic MS Excel and Word usage.
• Working Monday–Friday with 8–5 or 9–6; occasional Saturdays.
• Earning $15–$18/hour plus $20 commission per sold appointment.

Generator Supercenter is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Monday - Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Competitive Pay: $15 - $18 Hourly + $20 Commission for each sold appt.
• Availability for growth.
