Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL, within the aerospace and defense industry. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, lead follow-up, and account research.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers in the aerospace and defense market.
• Support business development efforts by preparing quotes, tracking opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, pipeline updates, and sales data in CRM or related systems.
• Communicate product, service, availability, and pricing information clearly and professionally.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve individual and team revenue, account development, and customer service goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $48,000.00 per year + bonus
• Employment type: Direct hire
