Choice Home Warranty is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Elite team in Edison, NJ. You will close warm leads for home warranty coverage, handle inbound calls, and build trust with customers while identifying needs and presenting the right coverage options.

You will have uncapped commissions with a demonstrated path to a six-figure income, paid training, and strong sales support in a fast-paced environment. Be part of a 100% onsite role in Edison, NJ with a 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication.

Schedules:

Monday -Friday | 9:00 AM –6:00 PM will need to work 2 days a month during the weekend. OR

Friday – Monday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday OFF

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Close warm leads from customers actively interested in home warranty coverage

Required Experience

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred

• Strong phone presence
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
