Choice Home Warranty is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to close warm leads for our home warranty policies. This onsite role in Edison, NJ offers uncapped commissions and a realistic six-figure income potential, with paid training and a strong support structure.

You will answer inbound calls, develop rapport, identify customer needs, and close deals while maintaining professionalism and product knowledge. Schedule is Friday–Monday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, with Tue–Thu off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales and building rapport.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
• Develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive conversions.
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Multi-task between speaking and data capture.
• Learn the product suite quickly.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
