Join Our Arauco Team as an Inside Sales Representative!

Are you a dedicated sales professional looking for a rewarding career? We are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative to develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required
• Prefer 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, customer service sales, or similar
• Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS) is necessary; ability to work within customer control logs, pull up customers, enter sales orders, update shipments, and work with pricing templates
• Must be a team player—able to collaborate cross-functionally as needed
• Efficient multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
• Precise, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Knowledge of SAP and industry practices is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Manage strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries
• Maintain and update customer price lists, quotes, and templates with the Sales Director and Managers
• Update customer control logs daily and provide weekly shipment/order updates
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of ARAUCO offerings
• Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with manufacturing to develop programs
• Understand and promote the organization's capabilities and specifications
• Qualify new accounts from a financial and credit perspective
• Act as a liaison between customers and manufacturing, providing timely information
• Enter orders into SAP or other ERP systems
• Coordinate logistics and operational issues for inland quotes and order tracking
• Handle claims, investigate issues, and negotiate resolutions for customer problems
• Communicate daily with colleagues in South America
• Travel as required for business purposes
• Manage Samples activities, including requesting, storage, inventory, packaging, and shipment tracking
