Job summary

ARAUCO - North America is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships for manufactured products. The role is hybrid, onsite three days per week, and focuses on supporting assigned and new accounts with strong emphasis on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in inside sales or customer service, with Excel and SAP experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Prefer 2+ years’ experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and logs.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor customer performance (sales, margins, issues).
• Maintain logs and provide weekly shipment updates.
• Develop a product knowledge base for ARAUCO products.
• Identify new product opportunities with manufacturing.
• Serve as liaison between customer and facilities with timely info.
• Enter orders into SAP or other systems.
• Coordinate with operations for quotes, issues, and tracking.
• Process claims and negotiate resolutions for problems.
• Communicate daily with colleagues in South America.
• Travel for business as required.
