Arauco is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships. This hybrid role is onsite three days per week and focuses on supporting ARAUCO manufactured products across assigned and new customer accounts.

The role requires an associate or bachelor's degree and preferably 2+ years in inside sales or customer service. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP are pluses.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• Prefer 2+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service sales, or similar.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor customer performance (sales, margins, issues).
• Maintain customer control logs and provide weekly shipment updates.
