Inside Sales Representative – Acima

The Inside Sales Representative position is a tremendous opportunity for the right salesperson. Our industry is exploding and the ability to earn great money in an enjoyable role could not be better than what Acima is offering.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing and prospective merchants as retail partners with Acima.
• Enroll new merchants and train them on how to offer Acima’s leasing option.
• Conduct cold calling to retailers from inside of our corporate office in Draper, UT.
• Prospect, close, and train merchants using the company’s online portal to manage applications, answer general questions, and provide program support.
• Grow merchant lease production and increase commissions based on lease production and merchant growth.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full‑time position, Monday–Friday.
• Hourly plus bonus/commission; first‑year reps typically earn ~$70K, more tenured reps $120K–$150K.
• Competitive salary base with commissions once production exceeds salary.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record of 2+ years of demonstrated success.
• Account Executive or Inside Sales experience preferred, 2+ years.
• Cold calling experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Automatic dialer experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with competitive drive.
• Hunter and closer mindset regardless of experience.
