Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Cleveland-based team. You will engage homeowners, present solutions for home improvement needs, and schedule follow-ups with a focus on warm leads.

You'll work on-site with a base pay of $17/hour plus uncapped commissions, benefits, and growth opportunities. Schedule: Mon-Fri 1:00 PM–8:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sun 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• B2C or B2B or customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of inbound/outbound calling.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Availability 1pm–8pm Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm Sat, 11am–5pm Sun.

Responsibilities

SCHEDULE MONDAY - FRIDAY 100 PM - 900 PM (YOUR CHOICE OF 3 WEEKDAYS), SATURDAY 900 AM - 500 PM, & SUNDAY 1100 AM - 500 PM

$17.00 PER HOUR - FULL TIME POSITIONS WITH BENEFITS
