Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative. You will present products in customers' homes, identify needs, and guide them through the sales process to close deals. Training salary is provided, with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Sales-focused background: commission-based sales, lead generation, home improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or customer service roles.
• Flexible work schedule and adaptability to business needs.
• Desire to earn based on performance and results.

• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
