Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Pittsburgh to conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales. You will rely on company-provided leads, receive thorough training, and have opportunities for advancement.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This is a full-time role with a compensation package that rewards performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is favorable.

Qualifications

• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
