Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Outside Sales Representative who will meet with homeowners in their residences, present product solutions, and close deals. Leads are provided, and training is paid to start you strong.

The role offers an initial $5,000 training salary plus uncapped commissions, with earnings potential rising well beyond six figures for top performers. You’ll join a fast-growing home improvement company with strong coaching and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in sales, commission-based roles or lead generation is favored.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to business needs.
• Desire to earn money and be paid for performance.
