Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is hiring an In Home Sales Representative in the Charlotte area. You’ll present in customers' homes, identify needs, and close sales with the help of our proven presentation and pre-set qualified appointments.

Starting with a $5,000 training salary and uncapped commissions, top performers can reach $150K+ annually. We offer award-winning training, career growth, and support from a strong sales team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in sales, commission-based sales, lead generation, home improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or other customer service roles.
• A flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
