Universal Windows Direct is seeking an In Home Sales Representative to deliver compelling in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close deals with homeowners. You’ll be joining a fast-growing company with a strong training program and top-tier support.

Paid training salary of $5,000 plus an uncapped commission plan, with warm leads and pre-set appointments to jump-start your success. Travel may be required and you’ll have opportunities for career growth and leadership roles.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
