Universal Windows Direct is hiring an In Home Sales Representative in Perrysburg, OH. You’ll receive a $5,000 training salary plus uncapped commissions, with earnings potential reaching $150K+ for top reps.

The role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing deals on one visit, and working with warm leads that are provided daily. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating the sale, and building trust with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
