Job summary

State Systems, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Test & Inspections to manage inbound inquiries, support outside sales, and ensure accurate quotes, proposals, and service information.

You will collaborate with service, scheduling, and billing teams while maintaining CRM records to deliver a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in inside sales or customer service, with CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot highly preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales calls and electronic inquiries through HubSpot and other approved channels.
• Qualify, document, and process sales opportunities promptly and professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications for outside sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and communication logs in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support scheduling and delivery of Test & Inspection services.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support.
• Track and follow up on open quotes and pending opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.
