Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related B2B environment.
• Experience in service or life safety industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound sales calls and electronic inquiries through HubSpot and other approved channels.
• Qualify, document, and process sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with outside sales personnel to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of proposals, quotes, and service information.
• Maintain accurate customer data, opportunities, and logs within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with service, scheduling, and billing to facilitate Test & Inspection services.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer support.
