You will source warm opportunities, understand customer needs, manage accounts receivable, handle high-volume calls and emails, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong math abilities are necessary
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Experience using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software; such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
• Understand customer needs and requirements

• Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails
