Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Beaverton, OR office. If you are passionate about customer service, organized, and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

You will source warm opportunities, understand customer needs, manage accounts receivable, handle high-volume calls and emails, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong math abilities are necessary
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Experience using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software; such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
