Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Beaverton, OR team. You will serve as a key contact for customers and internal teams, resolving requests and ensuring a positive experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. On-site work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn new software and business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and questions by phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
• Assist with invoices, statements, contracts, account updates, and other customer requests.
• Manage and resolve customer and internal support tickets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Service, and Billing teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes.
• Identify issues that require additional support and elevate appropriately.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure they are resolved.
• Provide professional, timely, and service-focused communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.
