Job summary

A&C Pest Management is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our pest-control team in a fast-paced office environment. You will be the main contact for customers, driving sales, following up on quotes, and closing service agreements with a commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• 3-4 years of stable work history required.
• Pest control or related industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a sales and customer service capacity.
• Identify customer needs and present pest control solutions.
• Close sales and meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Follow up on quotes and verify completion of agreements.
• Proactively source new sales opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and service excellence.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
