• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent plus 2 years work experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft or other comparable systems and the ability to develop skills in CRM, GPQ, and other proprietary software.
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and listening communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the customer and MacAllister organizations.
• A team player possessing the ability to professionally work with customers, vendors, peers and co-workers and to develop long-term relationships.

Aufgaben

• Actively represent the company to a customer base within an assigned geographic area for Kubota, Exmark and Landpride equipment.
• Handle all walk-in inquiries related to outdoor equipment and qualify customer needs, closing sales where possible or transferring leads.
• Meet assigned sales volume quotas within the timeline.
• Maintain CRM with retail customers and update accounts through disciplined calls.
• Support all product activity, provide quotes and backup for sales team members as needed.
