We're family-owned, and we run the business that way. The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for inbound sales activity, qualifying leads and developing opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with CRM systems and data management.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insulation products is preferred.
• Two+ years in sales, customer service, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales reps and manage orders for homeowners and one-time customers.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage opportunities.
• Prospect for new business and develop regional opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and sales initiatives.
