Job summary

IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc. in Norton, MA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive regional revenue growth by handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting outside sales teams.

You will maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in HubSpot, manage the sales pipeline, and develop qualified opportunities while delivering product knowledge to homeowners and contractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Customer Support: Respond to inbound inquiries, manage leads, qualify opportunities, assist with orders.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain records in HubSpot, create opportunities, document interactions.
• Business Development & Prospecting: Identify new opportunities, outbound prospecting, build prospect lists.
• Sales Support: Assist outside reps with pricing, quotations, and account support.
