Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
• 1+ years of Call center experience.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven success in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls.
• Maintain a 35%+ closing rate and convert calls into Year Round Protection Plan.
• Meet and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target.
• Execute Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach.
• Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders within 24 hours.
• Resolicitation to convert single purchases into Year Round Protection Plan.
• Execute Residential Campaigns for new and existing customers.
• Call volume standards: 15-20 Calls per Hour, 5-9 Contacts per Hour.
• Aim for an average call quality score of 75%.
