Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center, developing new sales opportunities and handling customer inquiries. You will explain product features, follow up on leads, and maintain a clean CRM with a high volume of calls.

The role offers hourly pay plus commissions, with Monday to Friday hours (8-5 or 9-6) and occasional Saturdays. Advancement and training opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and improve the database of prospects and research new leads.
• Provide product and service information and answer questions by calls and emails.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Tend to high call volumes with good customer service.
• Use Excel/Word to manage information.
• Work Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays; hours 8-5 or 9-6.

Generator Supercenter is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Monday – Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
