Job summary

CBTS is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Associate to join its growing team in North America. You will prospect, qualify leads, and initiate client conversations while building product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with marketing and senior sales staff, gain CRM experience (Salesforce), and develop core sales skills through onboarding, training, and certifications. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 0–4 years of relevant sales experience or new graduates welcomed.
• Foundational CRM knowledge, with Salesforce a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and document requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) for all interactions and pipeline stages.
• Support senior sales with proposals and client follow-up communications.
• Develop fluency in CBTS's IT services, cloud, networking and managed services.
• Participate in training and product certification paths to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and provide feedback.
