Service Steel Aerospace, Corp. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers, explore new product opportunities, and expand business with current clients. You will introduce products to prospects and assist the field sales team to drive revenue.

The role includes regular customer contact, quote follow-ups, and a monthly bonus. Some travel may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Some travel may be required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email/databases.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer inquiries promptly.
• Assist field sales with support.
• Maintain regular telephone contact with key accounts and prospects.
• Follow up on quotations.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
• Generate price quotations for new and renewal opportunities.
• Understand material specs and customer requirements.
• Support purchasing to maintain stock for long-term contracts.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings.
