Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in the United States to help drive customer acquisition and growth in a fast-paced sales cycle. You will handle credit applications, maintain forecasting data, and collaborate with internal teams to support vendor and customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven inside sales experience, and strong communication skills.

• Proven inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements through conversations with sales team, data mining and industry publications.
• Submit complete and thorough credit applications.
• Follow up with customers for missing application materials, credit questions, and required contract documentation.
• Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems.
• Work effectively with all internal functional groups to facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers.
• Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners.
• Assist in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channel for potential new programs.
