Axos Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in a fast-paced sales environment. You will engage customers, manage credit applications, and coordinate with internal teams to drive growth and retention.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with proven inside sales and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and collaboration with partners to deliver quotes and complete processes.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer needs and requirements through conversations with sales team, data mining and industry publications.
• Submit complete and thorough credit applications.
• Follow up with customers for missing materials, credit questions, and required contract documentation.
• Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems.
• Work effectively with internal groups to expedite communications with vendor partners and customers.
• Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners.
• Gather background information on OEMs and their sales channel for new programs.
