Axos Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in the United States to help drive customer acquisition and growth in a fast-paced sales cycle. You will handle credit applications, maintain forecasting data, and collaborate with internal teams to support vendor and customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven inside sales experience, and strong communication skills.

• Work effectively with all internal functional groups to facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers.
• Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners.
• Assist in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channel for potential new programs.

Target Range:

$50,000.00/Yr. - $58,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) is someone that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an ARM, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and volume growth objectives.
