Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive top-of-funnel revenue with inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting. You will work within a regional sales team, qualify prospects, and help build a strong pipeline while learning the B2B sales craft.

You will collaborate with BDMs and marketing, maintain Salesforce records, and progress through a growing career path to BDM roles within a dynamic, security-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
• 1+ year inside sales, business development, or marketing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for calls and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and schedule meetings with regional BDMs.
• Qualify prospects using budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce records of contacts and activity; ensure follow-ups.
• Contribute to proposals and content for client opportunities; support bid processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and cadences.
