Job summary

UFP Grandview, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator I in the United States. The role focuses on developing new prospects and engaging with existing customers primarily by phone to grow sales. You will support customers and account managers through frequent communication and by troubleshooting issues, under direct supervision.

You will relay on established guidelines to perform duties, with opportunities to participate in market penetration efforts and product trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains frequent communication with the customer base and gathers information to ensure satisfaction.
• Handles basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Solicits sales orders from existing customers via phone.
• Develops new customers via pull through marketing Phone-Internet.
• Assists qualifying leads gauging interest level, time frame, needs, etc., and directs leads to proper channels.
• Executes market penetration strategy utilizing web-based sales leads.
• Communicates sample needs for customers/dealers/contractors with the plant.
• Corresponds regularly with customers, including bulletins, brochures, and program updates.
• Helps drive new product sales by communicating unknown products to customers.
• Works with account managers to comply with customer requests and solve problems.
• Maintains positive relationships with distributors.
• Works with Product Managers to enhance sales programs.
• Attends shows and product introductions when necessary.
• Attends various product trainings, as needed.
• Prepares various reports and correspondence as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
