Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in customer service.
• Basic subject-matter knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle basic issues and refer complex problems to higher-level staff.
• Solicit sales orders from existing customers by phone.
• Develop new customers through pull marketing via phone and internet.
• Qualify leads and direct them to proper channels.
• Execute market penetration using web-based sales leads.
• Communicate sample needs to customers, dealers, and contractors.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
• Collaborate with account managers and product managers to support sales programs.
• Attend product trainings and shows as needed.
