Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator I to develop new prospects and engage existing customers primarily by phone to grow sales. You will support customers and account managers through frequent communication and help troubleshoot issues under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include soliciting orders, qualifying leads, coordinating with product managers and distributors, and preparing reports. Occasional travel to shows and trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic subject matter knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with office equipment (computer, scanner).

Responsibilities

• Develops new prospects and handles customer calls to increase sales.
• Gathers customer feedback and resolves basic issues.
• Maintains communication with customers and account managers.
• Executes market penetration strategies using web-based leads.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as required.
• Attends product trainings and shows when needed.
