Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in computer and business software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc).

Responsibilities

• Develops new customers via pull-through marketing and phone.
• Maintains frequent communication with customers and account managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handles moderately complex issues and refers more complex problems to higher-level staff.
• Solicits sales orders from existing customers via phone.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a subordinate group (if applicable).
• Executes market penetration strategies using web-based sales leads.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as required.
