Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains frequent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Solicits sales orders from existing customers via phone.
• Develops new customers through phone and marketing approaches.
• Assists leads by gauging interest, timing, and needs, directing leads appropriately.
• Executes market penetration strategies using web-based sales leads.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as required.
