PSA International is seeking a sales support professional in Philadelphia to assist with quoting and preparing new logo client proposals for the PSA BDP BDS team. You will engage with origin/destination offices, procurement, and tender management to ensure accurate, timely proposals.

You will liaise with local transportation providers, maintain competitive rate cards, and keep Salesforce up to date for the region. The role includes organizing customer visits and supporting reports for leadership.

Qualificações

• 1 year of business experience in sales support or telemarketing at a freight forwarding company.
• Understanding of Freight Forwarding quotation process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/quoting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with quoting and preparing new client proposals for PSA BDP BDS by engaging with offices and procurement.
• Liaise with local domestic transportation providers to maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure client rate cards are up to date as needed.
• Update Salesforce for the country/region.
• Manage sales campaigns and projects.
