Job summary

Gexpro Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Project Manager – Sales to drive inside sales, account management, and customer fulfillment. You will manage orders, quotes, pricing, and delivery coordination for assigned customers.

You will collaborate with Buyers and Suppliers, track open orders, update delivery dates, and support the Program Manager with tactical sales tasks. A high school diploma is required, with 2+ years in a related role in industrial distribution or supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Inside Sales or related role in industrial distribution, supply chain, or sales environment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles including order processing and pricing.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with customer service focus.
• Excellent organization and communication, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account management including order entry, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Process purchase orders and quotations with delivery specifications and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Buyers/Suppliers to resolve issues and expedite orders.
• Update order status, shipping dates, and delivery details for customers.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collaborate with finance to resolve discrepancies.
