Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager with industrial construction experience to lead projects from planning through completion in Greenville, SC. You will oversee scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial construction PM experience, a construction management degree or technical training, proficiency with MS Office, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Degree or technical training in construction management is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency managing project schedules, labor/subcontractor planning, and material procurement/sourcing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage industrial construction projects, including scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to project teams and field personnel
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors/vendors, internal departments, and employees to maximize project operations
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Review/manage change orders, purchase orders, and submittals
• Ensure projects meet safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards
• Visit project sites on a regular basis to support field operations and personnel ensuring projects are being executed properly
• Oversee material purchasing, equipment coordination, billing and proper documentation
• Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing questions and providing project updates
