Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales or relevant experience in industrial distribution, supply chain, or sales.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, processing sales orders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiries, pricing, and delivery coordination.
• Handle purchase orders, quotes, payment terms, and shipping confirmations.
• Prepare proposals and quotes; develop prices via RFQ when needed.
• Monitor order status with cross-functional teams; update ship/deliver dates.
• Manage invoicing issues to ensure timely payment with the CFS team.
• Support the Program Manager with sales tasks as needed.
