The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of Inside Sales or related experience in industrial distribution or supply chain settings, with a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive benefits

Qualifikationen

• Requires HS diploma or GED; 2+ years inside sales or relevant experience in industrial distribution or sales.
• Experience in processing sales orders, quotes, and customer fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and ability to source products.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiry, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Handle purchase orders, pricing, delivery terms, and shipping confirmations.
• Prepare proposals/quotes and manage RFQ processes when needed.
• Monitor order status and update delivery dates with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and timely payments with the finance team.
• Support the Program Manager with sales activities and cross-functional tasks.
