Job summary

RMH Systems, Inc. in the Midwest seeks a well-organized Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations, including order entry, quoting, and aftermarket follow-up. The role blends customer service, sales support, and project coordination, with the inside team as the first contact point for customers.

The position requires an Associates degree (or related experience), strong computer skills, and fluent English. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associates Degree or higher in related field.
• Strong computer and typing skills with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (read, write and speak).

Responsibilities

• Enter orders daily as provided by the outside sales team.
• Customer service – answering phone calls, following up on orders, managing freight.
• Act as liaison between customers and sales/parts departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage smaller equipment & parts quotes and ordering.
• Provide project coordination on larger orders and maintain customer contact files.
