Job summary

HMC Products LLC, a division of ProMach, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, handling quotations, orders, inquiries, and sales processes while supporting revenue growth and long-term relationships. The role is on-site at our Machesney Park, IL facility, with collaboration across service, operations, and customers.

You will interface with cross-functional teams, prepare quotes, manage orders, and assist with pricing and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer service environments.
• ERP/CRM experience is preferred (Syteline, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify key contacts within customer facilities and maintain high-profile customer contact to ensure quality service.
• Interface with Materials, Engineering and Service teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Prepare and process quotations for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs promptly and communicating order updates.
• Offer accurate pricing quotations and order confirmations to support profitability objectives.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and follow up on quotes.
