Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Phoenix offers an in-office Inside Sales Specialist role with comprehensive training to master our digital marketing solutions. You will engage with small business owners, conduct discovery, and progress through virtual demos to close new business.

This is a growth-oriented, entry-to-mid level sales track in a dynamic team environment. No prior sales experience required; BA/BS is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and coachable with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
